The rise in demand for telecommuication devices to support the “Stay at Home Economy” is changing the supply chain balance. This impacts all circuit board makers in the electronics industry.
As well as lengthening of lead-times, the market price has also been increasing on a week-by-week basis. We have tried to honour pricing to the best of our ability, but some increases are unavoidable. Price checks will be updated on our site at the beginning of the month and adjusted accordingly.
Here at www.emergency.lighting we continue to hold a level of stock and we are doing all we can to minimise the impact to our customers by securing additional stocks.
We estimate this stress in the supply chain to last well into 2022.
